CERA - Portland: Reviews & Ratings
The sandwich I had was awesome and very tasty. I also had a taste of the mushroom sandwich. Delish!
First time at CERA as I always pass by and had a gift card so I looked for somewhat of a healthy option and chose the Peaches the Pig sandwich on multigrain bread and it was absolutely delicious (gourmet type sandwich!!) Excellent customer service and there are So many delicious sandwich, panini, wraps, salads & kids options available. Will definitely be another go to eatery on my list. Generous portions for the price point:)
The food is really good, fair warning some of the stuff here that has spice really can bring some heat if you're not ready for it but it's really good. Some really good naan here too. The honey lemonade is alright but probably the weakest point of the meal in my opinion but it didn't detract from it. If you're used to spice or love it you'll really enjoy it.
Prices are on the high side, however, the quality of the product is excellent as is the portion size. Tha Bada Bing was excellent, I added Fontina Cheese, everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely will return to try more
Employees were very nice and space inside is new. Thicker bread and more in sandwich would have made this phenomenal as ingredients and flavor are good. Pictured is mushroom Panini. With all the reviews I was hoping for a better experience. Got the berry tea and was more bland than expected - nothing to do with the sweetness. Kids got the JR sandwich’s and my husband got the large one and he was not impressed with size or the chicken used.
Great salad and sandwich! I had the "The Great Cow Caper" salad. The flavors really complimented one another. The crispy shallots added some crunch. The dressing wasn't too overpowering which I like. I also had the Nashville "Jr." sandwich. I put quotations around Jr. since the sandwich seemed pretty big, another bonus. The chicken was cooked well, and definitely one of the better chicken sandwiches I've had. Check this place out. The employees were pretty friendly too!
Delicious and fresh food! Found this place while traveling through Portland. Great lunch spot. Service was super friendly and fast. The Kaldera salad and the Turks & Chaos sandwich were so tasty!! Would return when back in Portland.
It's a fancy sandwich and salad shop at the monument square. It can be busy during lunch time and it has limited seats. The staff are nice. Prices are a bit on the high side. I ordered Nashville Samurai and a fountain drink. It was so delicious and the portions were huge. It has a lot of veggies in it. I will try something new next time.

With a focus on delicious and gourmet sandwiches, paninis, wraps, and salads, this culinary gem promises an experience that delights the palate and nourishes the soul. Known for its generous portions and exceptional quality, CERA is quickly establishing itself as a go-to destination for both locals and visitors.
CERA's offerings are diverse, catering to a range of tastes and preferences. From the mouthwatering Peaches the Pig sandwich, praised by first-time visitor Betty Rodriguez for its unique flavors and gourmet appeal, to the delectable mushroom panini that left a lasting impression on Charlee Chavis, each dish showcases freshness and creativity. The care taken in crafting these meals is evident in every bite, making each sandwich an exploration of flavor.
For those who enjoy a little heat in their meals, CERA does not disappoint. As Andrew O'Neill pointed out, many dishes feature a delightful kick that adds excitement, elevating the overall dining experience. Pairing these spicy creations with an artisanal naan adds another dimension to the flavor profile, ensuring satisfaction for adventurous eaters.
However, the culinary adventure does not come without its considerations. While patrons like Andy Martin appreciate the quality, others have noted that the prices may be on the higher side. This reflects the exceptional ingredients used and the skillful preparation that goes into crafting each dish. CERA strikes a balance between quality and value, providing a worthwhile dining experience, especially for those who appreciate gourmet flavors in generous portions.
The atmosphere at CERA is equally commendable. A contemporary space complemented by friendly staff creates a welcoming environment, making it an ideal venue for casual dining with friends or family. Nonetheless, it’s good to keep in mind that some guests have suggested that certain items, like the berry tea, might benefit from a touch more flavor enhancement.
In summary, CERA - Portland is a culinary destination that deserves your attention. With a fascinating array of sandwiches that highlight fresh ingredients, flavorful combinations, and generous portions, it easily becomes a favorite for both seasoned foodies and those seeking wholesome comfort. Those looking for an inviting atmosphere and a menu filled with delightful surprises will find themselves returning time and again to this Portland gem.
